Potrero is a delightful town close to three beaches (Potrero, Penca and Prieta), located between Flamingo and Las Catalinas on Guanacaste’s Gold Coast. You can walk to the nearest beach from this villa is in 8-10 minutes, and the town is packed with restaurants, shops and tour agencies.
It’s a short drive to the new Marina Flamingo, where dozens of boats offer fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and sunset cruises. The region offers surfing, hiking, yoga, wildlife watching, outdoor adventures and endless beach activities.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
