This apartment is on two floors within an apartment building. Centrally located, only 3 min to the beach. Surf school, tour recommendations and on-site restaurant with rental and lessons

The property is located within walking distance of one of the best surf beaches in the world. We have a in-house surf school and restaurant with breakfast, lunch (Costa Rican) and dinner (Italian cuisine)
The entire place is located in the lower level of the house. Little stairs are necessary. The rooms and the floor are designed to keep the apartment pleasantly cool.
Each room has its own key and AC.

Access to the home comes through a gate that leads from the beach road to the property.
The parking space is shared, has one location per accommodation for one car. Quads or motorcycles can also be parked.
From there, the property has its own entrance with keypad that leads to the outdoor area.
This entire unit is private:
They have a private entrance, a private pool and outdoor seating, as well as a completely private indoor area.
Guests located in the units next door do not have access to their space. However, privacy is not entirely assured from the point of view.

During the rainy season, the place looks very different from what you see on the pictures. We also have to make some adjustments, such as the removal of the garden furniture. The trees form a large amount of leaves that cover the area and make it appear darker.
The amazing here is the experience of wildlife and the perfect waves for surfing. However, please inform yourself about the dangers and challenges of this beautiful country. The ocean is not always safe, and there may be some dangers in the wildlife.
