You have several beach access points from this location; however, across the street from the gated community of El Tesoro that includes This luxury villa, is Pangas Restaurant, a delightful Guanacaste fusion bar/restaurant set in the sand where the estuary meets the ocean. You can access the beach from here during working hours and make this your starting point for walks along the beach into the town of Tamarindo where you will experience the energy of this lively beach town.

We offer 50MB speed of internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered! The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.
