There are also many shops, restaurants and hotels nearby. Surf school, tour recommendations and on-site restaurant with rentals and lessons.

The property is within walking distance of one of the best surfing beaches in the world. We have an in-house surf school and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch (Costa Rican) and dinner (Italian cuisine)
The entire accommodation is on the lower level of the house. Few stairs necessary. The rooms and the floor are designed to keep the apartment pleasantly cool.
Each room has its own key and its own AC.

Laundry and cleaning service:
-We work with the professional cleaning service PVM. Cleaning before check-in and midweek if booking is longer than 6 nights
-If you stay for more than a week, laundry can be washed in the salon once a week upon request.
Guest Access
Access to the accommodation comes through a gate which leads from the beach road onto the property.
The parking lot is shared and has one location for one car per accommodation. Quads or motorized bicycles can also be parked.
From there the accommodation has its own entrance with a code lock that leads to the outside area.
This entire unit is private:
You have your own entrance, private pool and outdoor seating, as well as completely private indoor space.
Guests staying in the units next door do not have access to your accommodation. However, privacy is not entirely guaranteed from the point of view into the garden area

IMPORTANT NOTES:
During the rainy season the place looks completely different than what is shown in the pictures. We also need to make some adjustments, such as removing the garden furniture. The trees produce a large amount of leaves that cover the area and make it appear darker.
The amazing thing here is experiencing the wildlife and the perfect waves for surfing. However, please inform yourself about the dangers and challenges of this beautiful country. The ocean is not always safe and there can also be some dangers in the animal world.
