The spacious living area can be opened/closed partially or completely depending on weather conditions. This inside living area contains a large ironwood table for dining as well as a comfortable sofa for relaxing and both seat up to 12 people.
Once the living area is open the spectacular views from the main terrace are fantastic for outside dining or enjoying a cocktail while viewing an amazing tropical sunset. The villa has two pools one with an overflowing lap pool of 21 m, an integrated fresh osmose jacuzzi, and ending in a Bale with double loungers to hang out. The pool on the main floor overflows on 4 sides giving the impression of a giant mirror looking towards the ocean.
Staying in this villa is a luxury experience and to make sure you have an unforgettable stay, we provide complimentary concierge service, grocery shopping, housekeeping, breakfast preparation, and a free mobile phone.
Included in your rental are two full-time housekeepers to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay and a full-time caretaker for cleaning and maintenance. Our staff will be available to address any issues that may arise during your stay.
We have an excellent local chef available for preparing delicious lunches and dinners at the villa so you can relax and enjoy Costa Rica the way it is meant to be enjoyed! This service includes the preparation, service and clean up after. Food cost is not included, but we can organize grocery shopping for you, so you have one less thing to worry about! In case our chef is not available for your stay, we will refer you to other great options!
We have added two great amenities to this villa. First, we installed a MistAway system that protects this property from mosquitoes & other pests.
